PRIVACY POLICY
With this Privacy and Cookies Policy, SUMARI D’ESTUDIS S.L intends to demonstrate its commitment to compliance and meet the requirements imposed by the European Union Regulation 2016/679, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (the General Data Protection Regulation), as well as by the Organic Law 3/2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.
The Privacy and Cookies Policy forms an inseparable part of the Legal Notice.
DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller, i.e. the legal entity that determines the purposes and means of the processing of your personal data, is SUMARI D’ESTUDIS S.L with C.I.F. B07509938 and registered office at Calle Can Marti Feliu nº 4 3º (07002) Palma.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The purpose of each of the processing carried out will depend on the type of personal data being processed. As for the personal data of customers or potential customers that have been provided to us, the processing of such data will be aimed at: (1) the response to the query that arises, including offering our services; (2) the management of the contractual relationship that may be established with La Movida Mallorquina; (3) sending advertising about our products or services, or other relevant news or information; (4) to carry out statistical and marketing analyses, to conduct surveys, to carry out maintenance and development operations and to comply with tax, accounting or any other obligations imposed on La Movida Mallorquina by law.
La Movida Mallorquina will not store financial or banking data of its customers (such as credit card numbers). Payment through STRIPE secures the transaction without us having to know your data.
The data provided will be kept until the interested party exercises its right of deletion, in accordance with the provisions of the “Rights” Clause of this Privacy and Cookies Policy, or, where appropriate, for the period of time established by the applicable regulations. In the particular case of the data necessary to comply with our tax and accounting obligations, the aforementioned data will be kept for a minimum of 6 years, as this is the retention period required by Article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code.
The contact form included in the web portal identified with the domain name <www.lamovidamallorquina.com> (the “Portal”), or the contact details that can be found in the Portal, are not intended for the sending of CVs or any other personal data by persons interested in working at La Movida Mallorquina. Therefore, and unless La Movida Mallorquina, in the particular case, decides otherwise, the personal data received in this way will be immediately destroyed.
LEGITIMATION
All processing of personal data carried out by La Movida Mallorquina is justified by one or more of the legal bases provided for in the regulations.
The processing of personal data of our customers or potential customers is justified (i) by the express consent given by the owner of the data (sending information on events, training, news, vacancies and services or products); (ii) by the need to carry out the processing so that the contract for work or services can be executed, as well as to apply the necessary pre-contractual measures; and (iii) by the need to comply with any tax, accounting, or any other obligations imposed by the current legal system.
It should be noted that, if there is a legal basis other than consent, such legal basis alone would justify the processing and consent would not be required. In relation to the personal data requested in the contact form included in the Portal, it will be mandatory to provide a name and an e-mail address, as these are the minimum essential data to be able to respond to the questions that arise. If this information is not provided, La Movida Mallorquina may not be able to respond to the issues raised.
TARGET
Your personal data will not be transferred to any other company without your consent. No international assignment or transfer of your personal data is foreseen.
RIGHTS
The owner of the personal data, i.e. the natural person to whom the data refer, is entitled to the rights provided for in the current data protection regulations, to the extent and under the conditions set forth therein. These rights are as follows:
· Request the ACCESS to your personal data – Request the RECTIFICATION of your data.
· To request the DELETION or elimination of your data (right to “forget”).
· LIMIT or OPPOSE the use we make of your data.
· Right to PORTABILITY of your data for cases of telecommunications or internet services.
· Right to WITHDRAW your consent at any time.
· Right to file a CLAIM on data protection matters before the Control Authority: Spanish Data Protection Agency.

The data subject retains the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
